The third week gives the first glimpse into relapse maintenance. Stress, being around cigarette smokers and gaining more confidence defines week three.
Day 15: 14 days; 12 hours; 40 minutes. Beat 218 cigarettes. I have saved $54.48. My circulation is improving and walking becomes easier. My lung function can increase by 30%! I really do notice this on my walks.

- Body update and effects of the detox.
- Stress and relapse prevention is really hard to do.
- Watching fellow quitters relapse around me. They are falling like flies!
- The immediate reward of beating a craving is better than any form of nicotine.
- Thought about dealing with cravings while living with a smoker.
