Coping Day to Day with Cravings and my Quit:

Quitting nicotine takes a lot of hard work.  Addicts have to focus their energy on their cravings, on their health, and on the physical withdrawal symptoms that come and go throughout each day.  Quitting smoking requires a lot of focus and energy to constantly deny the hunger our brains are screaming for.  Not every day is hard, not every day is a breeze but every day requires work.
